Stephen Cornetta is a Pueblo native with thirteen years of criminal and civil litigation experience. Stephen began his practice with the Law Office of Joe Losavio, where he handled Criminal Defense and Family Law matters. He then joined the Pueblo County District Attorney's office, where he tried over 75 cases in Pueblo's criminal courts. Stephen served as lead attorney of the Crimes Against Persons unit, where he tried seven First Degree Murder cases and numerous sexual assault and sexual assault on children cases. He joined Koncilja & Koncilja in 2011, where he handles Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and Social Security Disability matters. Stephen has conducted several civil jury trials, as well as hundreds of hearings in front of the Social Security Administration. He has also coached the Pueblo South High School Mock Trial team.
